Once the package has left our location and has been received by the post office, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package shipped again.

If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for, you must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.

 We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier , incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions, Covid-19, or natural disasters.
