Refund Policy We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, therefore we inspect each product before it leaves our site. Final sale on all jewelry, head, and hair accessories due to hygenic purposes.  All sales items are also Final Sale.  Please inform us within 3 days from the day after you receive your order if you want to return any items. Once you’ve notified us you then need to physically return the items no more than 14 days later. Proof of purchase To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.  In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. We would recommend you keep the Post Office receipt safe until your refund has cleared. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund: The product is defective The product is not as described The product must be unopened The product must be in original packaging The product must be unused The product must not be damaged Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you do not inform us within the 14 days period. Refunds are processed within 3 days of our receipt of the product. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your return. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method, or as a credit to spend at ExhibitStyles. You are eligible for an exchange/return if the item you wish to return has manufacturing defects. We would advise you to inform us as soon as possible if the goods are faulty.
